Book a CONSULTATION
We’ll begin with an in-depth audit of your property type to identify all zoning restrictions, municipal regulations & by-laws that pertain to your property. We’ll send you a report outlining all the details so together we know what’s possible and can craft ideas that can actually come to life.
You’ll then work with Darren Draaistra, our home designer to craft a plan that meets your needs and style preferences. Together we’ll identify your needs for your space and work through all the details including, budgets floor plans and finishes to create a plan for your home that you can feel excited about.
Once your design is worked out and agreed upon we’ll begin creating formal quotes for the various stages. Expect clear and orderly communication and paperwork so you are no left guessing. We’ll also provide you will a complete permit package so getting to correct approvals should be be a breeze for everyone involved.
One we have a green light on permits our team will jump into action and begin construction. Our teams show up on-site everyday and work steadily to make sure your project continues to progress steadily until it’s completely finished.
Once construction is complete, we’ll do a final walk through together to make sure everything meets your expectations. After that your new space is completely ready for years of enjoyment.
